China Nuclear Energy Industry Corporation (CNEIC)

Headquartered in Beijing, China Nuclear Energy Industry Corporation (CNEIC) was established in 1980. It is an international trading company directly owned by the China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) and authorized to carry out import and export trade of uranium products, nuclear fuel cycle and nuclear power and technology equipment.
Over the past twenty years, CNEIC has actively taken part in many major nuclear energy projects in China and abroad. For example, it supplied nuclear fuel to nuclear power plants in European, American and Asian countries, acted as the foreign-trade agent for technologies and equipment of main nuclear power plants in Chinese and supplied fuel to them, undertook the technology transfer and supply of fuel assembly for Chinas first exported nuclear power plant, and provided research reactors to developing countries as aids of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
